Shipping policy
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from Leader’s warehouse in the Netherlands. We work with Wuunder for worldwide shipping. All shipments are insured, and a signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping within Europe:
We offer FREE shipping*. Thanks to our carriers UPS, DHL, and DPD, we can deliver within 2 to 5 business days under normal circumstances. (In December, there may be slight delays, usually no more than 1 extra business day.)
*with the exception of Switzerland; shipping to Switzerland costs 19 CHF.
Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK):
We ship to the UK at a fixed shipping rate of €15.00 for orders under €299.99.
Orders over €300 are shipped FREE of charge.
Since Brexit, VAT is only charged for items under £135.
For items above £135, no VAT will be charged at checkout, but VAT will be collected by the carrier before delivery. Please also note that orders over €150 (£135) may be subject to import duties (see Gov.uk for more information).
Shipping to the USA:
We ship to the United States at a fixed shipping rate of €50.
Worldwide Shipping:
We ship worldwide, and shipping costs may vary by region.

Additional Costs (taxes, import duties, and other fees):
All international buyers outside the EU are responsible for all applicable taxes, import duties, and other fees. Please contact your local customs office for information about importing goods.
Track & Trace:
All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace code, so you can follow your order from Leader Watch Winders. The Track & Trace code will be shared within 24 hours after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. (Please also check your spam folder for the shipping confirmation.)
Non-Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time after receiving the tracking information, please contact us at info@leaderwatchwinders.com. We will contact the carrier and keep you informed.
If the carrier informs us that the package cannot be delivered, we will send a replacement item.
If the carrier reports that delivery to the address is not possible, we will ask for an alternative address or refund the full order amount.
Damaged Delivery
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours. We may request photos of the damaged package and item.
Send an email to info@leaderwatchwinders.com with your order number, contact details, and photos.
Non-Delivery – Return Shipment
If the shipment cannot be delivered to the specified address, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
We will contact you once this happens and offer to resend the item.
If the failed delivery is the result of incorrect information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs.
