Terms of Service
Leader Watch Winders

Definitions
Customer: The (legal) person who has entered into an agreement with www.leaderwatchwinders.com.
Products: The products offered by www.leaderwatchwinders.com, either verbally or in writing.
Services: The services offered by www.leaderwatchwinders.com, either verbally or in writing.
Agreement: The agreement (including these Terms and Conditions) between www.leaderwatchwinders.com and the Customer.
Website: The website operated by www.leaderwatchwinders.com.
Webshop: The online shop managed by www.leaderwatchwinders.com, comprising the full range of products and services offered.

General
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, and assignments between www.leaderwatchwinders.com and the Customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing by www.leaderwatchwinders.com.
www.leaderwatchwinders.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Agreement
The agreement is established after acceptance of the offer and confirmation by www.leaderwatchwinders.com. By placing an order or accepting a quotation, the Customer accepts these terms and conditions.
www.leaderwatchwinders.com may refuse orders without stating reasons.

All offers are non-binding. If www.leaderwatchwinders.com is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. No rights can be derived from this.

Cancellations are free of charge within 24 hours. After this period, www.leaderwatchwinders.com reserves the right to charge 10% of the purchase price. This also applies to specially ordered or custom-made products, even beyond the 24-hour period.

www.leaderwatchwinders.com has the right to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention in the event of the customer’s death, legal incapacity, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, or seizure of (part of) their property.

Delivery is made under retention of title until full payment is received.

Prices
All prices on www.leaderwatchwinders.com include Dutch VAT. Prices for business customers are exclusive of VAT.
www.leaderwatchwinders.com reserves the right to adjust prices. No rights may be derived from obvious price errors.

Payment & Delivery
Payment can be made via bank transfer, iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card. For items from €500 that are not in stock, a 30% deposit may be required. After receiving the deposit, the item will be ordered, and the Customer will receive confirmation via email.

www.leaderwatchwinders.com is obligated to deliver within 30 days of receiving the order unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is not possible, the Customer will be informed within one month and may cancel the order free of charge.

Products above €2,500 generally need to be ordered. Delivery times vary between 2 to 8 weeks. If a product becomes unavailable, the Customer will be notified immediately.

Optional shipping insurance covers up to €500. Higher insured values are available upon request.

If a parcel is not delivered on time, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier. Only after the outcome will further action be taken (replacement shipment or compensation up to the insured value).

Returns
Returns are at the Customer’s own expense and risk. Return conditions:

  • Cancellation must occur within 14 days of receipt, followed by another 14 days to return the product.

  • Full refund including standard shipping costs, provided the product is in original condition and packaging.

  • Original condition = new, undamaged, with tags, including invoice and return form.

  • Damaged or incomplete products may be partially refunded.

  • Items discounted by ≥20%, used items, or display models are not eligible for return.

  • Special orders (≥€750, delivery time >6 days) cannot be returned.

  • Returns must be registered and shipped according to instructions. Late or incorrectly returned items will not be accepted.

  • The Customer must inspect products upon receipt and report any damage or deviations immediately.

  • A confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of a return. Refunds are issued within 15 working days of receiving the returned product.

  • Insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted.

Payment on invoice must be completed within 7 working days. A 3% monthly interest applies to late payments. Collection costs are borne by the Customer.

In case of non-payment, www.leaderwatchwinders.com reserves the right to reclaim delivered products.

Delivery times are indicative. www.leaderwatchwinders.com is not liable for any delays.

Ownership
All rights, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, related to graphic materials, equipment, software, and applications on the website, belong to www.leaderwatchwinders.com.

Liability
www.leaderwatchwinders.com strives for proper delivery. In case of defects, the Customer has the right to repair or replacement. Refunds only occur if agreed upon. Consequential damages or damages caused by incorrect use are excluded.

www.leaderwatchwinders.com is not liable for obvious pricing errors.

Warranty
www.leaderwatchwinders.com offers a 12- or 24-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the invoice date. If repair or replacement is necessary, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the product is no longer available, alternative solutions will be discussed with the Customer.

Warranty is only valid with an invoice and defect description. The product must be returned for assessment.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Water damage

  • Defects due to misuse or intent

  • Products that have been opened or repaired by third parties

  • Worn or used products

Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, www.leaderwatchwinders.com is not obliged to fulfill its obligations. Cancellation due to delayed delivery is only possible after 4 business days beyond the agreed delivery term.

Privacy Policy
Personal data is handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless reasonably necessary.

Information
www.leaderwatchwinders.com does not guarantee the accuracy of all information on the website. Typing and printing errors reserved. www.leaderwatchwinders.com is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website.

Changes
www.leaderwatchwinders.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms. Changes also apply to existing agreements.

Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

www.leaderwatchwinders.com reserves the right to address and respond to such statements. Factually incorrect or purely harmful statements are unlawful. www.leaderwatchwinders.com will take legal steps and claim damages from those responsible.
